Bob has 20 years of hands-on IT. For 8 years he ran site IT for SLB in the Denver area, supporting 4,500 users and leading a 7,500-user Office 365 move that finished two months early. Before that he did network and systems work on a U.S. Air Force contract with BAE Systems and was IT director for two hospitals. Most recently he ran Microsoft 365, Okta and automation for a Denver software company and led its rollout of AI tools. He holds an M.S. in Information Systems.

Questions owners ask.

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

Ringo sounds natural and friendly, and it will tell a caller it's an AI assistant if asked. Most callers simply get their question answered or their appointment booked.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your number and forward missed or after-hours calls to Ringo. You can switch to forwarding every call any time.

What happens if Ringo doesn't know an answer?

It never makes things up. During business hours it transfers the caller to your staff. After hours it takes a message and emails it to you right away.

Can it book with my calendar?

Yes. Ringo checks real availability and books into your calendar. If you use a salon system without an integration, it collects the request and your front desk confirms it.

What if I go over my minutes?

Ringo keeps answering. You get an email at 80% and 100%, and extra minutes appear on your next invoice at your plan's rate.

What if Ringo books something wrong?

Every booking and message is emailed to you the moment the call ends, so you can catch and fix anything fast. In the first month Bob reviews calls with you weekly and tunes your receptionist. Ringo never promises refunds, discounts or anything outside your policies.

Who owns my customer data?

You do. Your calendar, call records and customer details stay in accounts you own. Ringo connects to them to do its job but doesn't keep your customer list.

What if Bob is unavailable?

Your receptionist runs on its own around the clock and doesn't depend on Bob being at a keyboard. Bob handles changes and support, and you can reach him directly by call or text.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Every new customer gets free setup and 50% off the first month.
